How to use:

Step 1: Cleanse the skin and allow it to completely dry.
Step 2: Apply a thin layer of Nu-Cil® Eyelash Enhancing Serum to the base of the upper lash line. Do not apply to the lower lid or any other areas.
Step 3: Wait 90 seconds for the product to dry completely before applying another product.
